Happy New Year

With only a few more hours left in 2010 we wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a Happy New Year. We here at On Edge Skating are looking forward to great 2011!

We also wanted to let everyone know that OES is not on DIGG. So if you’re a DIGG user stop by say hello.

First Newsletter

Our first newsletter is now available. Each monthly issue will outline some of the things we have going on here at the rink, program updates, and so forth. Each newsletter will also have coupons in each issue. The coupons could be for a discount in our Pro Shop, Learn to Skate, or punchcard discounts and more. Each month we will have 1-2 QR codes that unlock deals for that months issue. To sign up for the e-newswire you can click here and do it from within our site or go to our Facebook page and click on the “email signup page” tab. Either way it’s quick and easy and you’ll be in the know for all the happenings here at OES. Don’t miss out!

Busy week

It’s hard to imagine that we are in the final days of 2010. In a few short days it will be 2011. This has really been a crazy week between the two holidays. We have several things on our horizon before we close out the year.

The first is the first edition of the E-news wire. This is our monthly newsletter that goes out to everyone on our mailing list. Each issue you will find updates on our Learn to Skate program, status updates on our Grow the Rink project and exclusive coupons just for mailing list subscribers. Each month different QR coupon codes will be included in the newswire. Could be discounts on punch cards, Pro Shop discounts, special pricing on products or services or something totally different.

You can sign up for our E-newswire
here or through the On Edge Skating Facebook page.

Our in house Learn to Skate program will be starting the week of January 4th and will run through the week of February 12th. The semester will run for 6 weeks and classes meet once a week for a 30 minute class, 30 minute practice following class. Students are also given a 6 punch open skate card to get them into 6 free open skate sessions free to practice what they are learning in class. Class space is limited. Classes that don’t have at least 3 students will be combined on a alternate day. We try to not have more then 7 skaters in a class due to space. For more information see the front desk at the rink.
